The place, the owner, the staff, the food, they all exceeded our expectations. The small boutique resort only has 4 rooms and was open since a few weeks, there was a very relaxing atmosphere. Clean and comfortable room, lots of space. If you're visiting this part of the island I'd definately stay at this place!

Perfect! Quiet location, with great beach. Staff helpful and friendly, assisted with booking tours and scooter rental. Spotlessly clean over our week stay. Swimming pool was fantastic. Breakfast was great. Best place we could've stayed on Koh Chang.

Very nice place! Even though the hotel is big I felt intimate. Nice water park - adults can also have fun. Comfortable room with everything you need. Very nice service. Hotel mainly for families with children 😊 - it's better to keep this in mind if you're a couple because you probably won't avoid the screams of small children 🙃

    Koh Chang is a lovely island for holiday. Roads are trecherous to drive, but the views are stunning. Beachfront resort with a nice pool, you have all you need! Some wonderful seafood buffets to uncover and a visit to one of the elephant camps will satisfy your urge to explore.

    A nice tropical island with white sand beaches, beautifull mountains, waterfalls and rainforests. Very civilized - plenty of shops, bars and restaurants for all kinds of foods and wallet thicknesses. You need to designate the season when to visit: I prefer rainy, or, as locals say "green", with rains every day but quiet and lush nature and no crowds to visit the paradice island.

    Probably what most of Thailand was like 25 years ago - limited beach front developments and no ugly high rise. Plenty of local places close to the hotel to go out to and eat. Not too busy at time of visit as coming into the low season. I would think that the queues to the ferry to get to-from the island must be pretty long during the high season which would be something to be aware of especially if flying out of Bangkok

    Love the island!

    Love the island! It reminds me of some the better parts of beachfront Mexico in the past. The Klong Plu Waterfall was also definitely a highlight, especially for a cooler dip when the ocean water is arguably "too warm".

    Napalai cooking school was hands down the best thing we did here! Bunny was amazing! The rest of our stay was brilliant also, depending where you stay and how confident you are on a scooter, could spend a week exploring the island

    Easy to get to from Bangkok via air or hire car with an excellent blend of nightlife and nature>>We checked out several hotels and all were up to speed on customer service and easy beach access. We travelled as a family of 4 adults and one child. The restaurants were top shelf with several sunset clubs offering DJ's and cocktails. The nature is accessible and taxi's can transport you to the best spots. Phone connectivity is great with 5G in all of the areas we visited. The Elephant park was fun, our grandson enjoyed feeding them though best to book ahead..

    I'd love to actually be able to leave a fair review but as on arrival I was told they were full despite my booking being made some 6/8 weeks in advance, I was then dumped in a nasty hotel a little further down the road, my request for a refund was refused by the ladies at the hotel who told me I'd have to walk back up the road in 85 degrees heat, so I sorted myself out elsewhere. One to avoid in the future if they can't honour a booking made well in advance.

    KC have in my opinion the best location in White Sand Beach directly on the beautiful beachfront. Quiet and not disturbed from the bars down the street. The hotel area/garden and pool is very nice. Stunning view from the poolbar on the hillside. Friendly staff. Very good breakfrast. We stayed in a seaview room in the main building, and loved the room and view. I would only stay here when visiting White Sand Beach.

    This is a kind of resort Hotel. We had a villa with a small private pool outside. From there it was a very short walk to the beach. There is a restaurant on site and you can sit by the beach and be served. Probably not great for swimming because the tide comes right up to the wall at some times during the day. Everything definitely has a luxury feel about it.
