The accommodation was warm and inviting. I reserved it for a family member, and they throughly enjoyed their stay. The bed was cozy, and the room was impeccably clean. Great welcoming staff, Marwa and Zaher, very friendly. I would recommend also their spa. It is very relaxing. The restaurant staff is very friendly also. I would come again to Tunisia and for sure I will do my booking at ADAM suites hotel. Thank you so much

First of all I would like to thank hotel Carlton as I had to cancel two times due to various objective reasons and both times I was not charged although cancellations were a day before arrival. The third time I finally came. The staff was professional and helpful. Rooms are exactly like in the pictures, beds are causy and the breakfest has a very solid variety of food. The internet was excellent as well options available on TV
