The accommodation was warm and inviting. I reserved it for a family member, and they throughly enjoyed their stay. The bed was cozy, and the room was impeccably clean. Truly a great hotel, in every aspect. From check-in to rooms to breakfast, they provide an exceptional service. Everyone at the hotel is there to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. If there was an issues, they fixed it immediately. It is truly a gem of a hotel in Tunis, and a must stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a large modern lobby area and a smaller but traditional lounge. Takeaway coffee or cold water was always ready for guests. Rooms were modern and had all amenities one could want. The staff really made an effort to make it an exceptional stay.

The receptionist was friendly and she upgraded us to a spacious room. I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The windows have a good sound isolation. The breakfast was good and diversified. The underground parking is a big plus.

First of all I would like to thank hotel Carlton as I had to cancel two times due to various objective reasons and both times I was not charged although cancellations were a day before arrival. The third time I finally came. The staff was professional and helpful. Rooms are exactly like in the pictures, beds are causy and the breakfest has a very solid variety of food. The internet was excellent as well options available on TV
