    During the five days we stayed at Zümrüt Palas, we simply felt at home: both the excellent location of the hotel (right opposite the ski resort), the order and cleanliness of the rooms, and above all the friendliness of the staff. We saw that the choice we made was extremely appropriate in terms of hospitality. Thank you Mr. Burhan, thank you guys: Ömer, Ahmet, Mehmet, Muhammed, Osman and Yaşar and Anıl.
