It is a very quiet place, far from the crowds. The situation is calm. A slightly isolated place where you can rest and relax. Next to it is a diving center and a restaurant (The Rock). There is a supermarket nearby, but no restaurants, cafes, or parties. It is an ideal place for those who want to relax, swim, and dive without disturbing the city.

My room was not only beautiful and exactly as depicted but also impeccably clean. Each day, housekeeping ensured it remained spotless, and the thoughtful turndown service added a touch of luxury. Mornings began with a delightful breakfast offering a variety of delicious options, while lunch and dinner consistently featured fresh and amazing dishes. The chicken pizza became my favorite late-night indulgence. The staff’s constant smiles and friendly demeanor made me feel truly at home. Their attentiveness and genuine care were evident throughout my stay. During my visit, they discovered it was my birthday and went out of their way to celebrate it in a special manner, bringing tears to my eyes and immense joy to my heart. For anyone in need of a beautiful, peaceful retreat in Zanzibar, this is the place to be. I cherished every moment of my stay and eagerly look forward to returning.

We had a fantastic time in Ocean Boutique! The hotel is sooo peaceful and relaxing. It’s not a massive hotel, they have 18 rooms only therefore the whole experience was very personalized, the stuff really know their guests and they were just lovely, always helpful and you could always have a nice chat with them. The hotel is very clean as well, housekeeping twice a day, if you need it of course. Rooms look exactly like on the pictures on their website, no surprises there 😅 Every room is facing the sea which is great, no surprises there as well that you’ll get a room from yard side. Food was fantastic also, on some days they were doing buffet, on some a la carte. Basically every day we had something different to eat 👍 After dinner the chef was checking on everyone how was the food and the evening, it was a very nice touch. The staff was great as well. Their attention to details gives you this sense that you’re in a nice restaurant enjoying the food or drinks. The hotel is right next to the beach and the beach was very nice for morning/evening walks if someone likes that. Once again we had an amazing stay in Ocean Boutique hotel. A big thank you to Yasinta, Eva, Kelvin, Baraka, Aisha, Ali and all those who I’m missing the names. Thank you for your hospitality and for taking such a good care of us. We will back for sure!

I loved the fact that every morning I woke up with the pool view and enjoyed playing with the monkey that they have there. Also, I've never had a better pizza than the ones I've had here. The stuff is very friendly. The best vacation ever!

Hotel Club Dongwe has an excellent location and a beautiful jetty. We enjoyed swimming and snorkelling. It also has a magnificent pool. The staff are very professional and friendly. We would like to visit Hotel Club Dongwe again in the future.
