The property is great. A cute little apartment with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. I stopped in at the cafe on Saturday morning for coffee and a pastry and both were DELICIOUS. I only met Trellis, one of the owners, but he was very nice and friendly. I was in the area for the WVU game, and the property is about 30 minutes away, but Reedsville is a nice, peaceful area so I didn't mind.

Oak Mar Motel is located about 1/4 from Oakland, MD. on Route219. We have stayed here many times and it seems better each time. The staff is wonderful. Very accommodating. Our room was very clean. We requested a mobility challenged room on the 1st floor. Spacious room with walk-in shower, double beds, mini fridge, microwave. Beds and pillows were comfortable. AC was easily adjustable. Additional, Third St. Diner is on 1st floor of Motel. Very good home cooked food. Don't miss the dessert case. You should order 1 of each!! If you're travelling and need a place to stay, give Oak Mar your business. Youll Love it. We'll be back soon!!😎😎

Location was outstanding. Somewhere Ive never heard of or thought I would ever visit. Wish I would have checked the weather, it was a little colder than expected.

On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the vacation home's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax.

I love the convenience of the location. It was such a beautiful area and the house was amazing. Being able to go and do things in the area and have a home to come back to made are family vacation so much more relaxing, and we got to bring are dog. There were games on the property and we saw so many deer the first night. It was an amazing place.

Location was great, house was very clean and maintained. Had items for younger kids, such as high chair, pack and play, baby gate etc. Kitchen has everything you need to cook (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, pizza pan, ect). Most TVs have Roku attached.
