Breakfast was tasty. Husband said the sausage was cooked perfectly. Room was close to elevators. Nice welcome on the tv. Loved using the keyless phone to unlock the door. Nice tv. Cool and comfortable.

Clean and friendly staff. Even when the lights went out, them being so friendly helped me overlook that the power went out and the sockets were not working one morning

Breakfast was confusing. I was told mixed messages by receptionists. One said Breakfast was included in my stay, another said breakfast was not included. I was told originally that breakfast was included in my stay, yet I was charged for breakfast for all days of my stay. Miscommunication within staff.

The staff were so friendly and the facility was very clean.

The staff were so friendly and the facility was very clean. Our air conditioner went out in our house and it got too hot for my elderly mother and us to stay so I booked a room for her and one for us. We had a repairman come the next day but we didn't know how long it would take to diagnose the problem and fix it. The managers gave us extra time after check out to decide what we needed to do. We ended up staying another night. Arecelie was so sweet and helpful. Thank you all of you.

The staff were friendly, polite, and willing to go that extra mile. I felt at home knowing they were there to help and didn't make me feel I was bothering them, unlike many other hotels I've stayed in. There was even a swimming pool which I wasn't expecting. And I loved the ground coffee machine which was simple to use. The beds and pillows were so comfortable - even beats some 5 star hotels I've stayed at.

The hotel is very well located. The rooms are very clean, and the entire staff is friendly; Esmeralda was very attentive and communicative with us. Breakfast is good, and coffee is available 24 hours a day. Parking is free and hassle-free; there is always space. Another plus is having a Walmart nearby, which is always handy. I will definitely visit again. Thank you very much.

It was the perfect spot for us. Exactly at the Allen outlet stores and close enough to the airport. Also just a short drive from the famous Southfork Ranch. The staff is very friendly, the rooms clean.
