The only problem we had was there was no body soap in the shower dispenser. I guess you don't check this after each guest.

The property was well stocked...everything you need to make your own meals. Nice selection of coffee machines (regular machine, expresso and Keurig with coffee pod choices), super comfy beds, laundry washer/dryer with detergents, assorted shampoos, great views.

This was the perfect cozy home away from home! It had everything we needed and was nestled back in the trees. It was very quiet and relaxing and was also close to the activities we had planned. There was river access right down the road for fishing, very beautiful! We will definitely book again if back in the area :)

Perfect for what we were looking for. Even in mid-March, there was snow on the property to enjoy. A beautiful 30 minutes drive up the mountain brought us to full snow. Calavares Big Trees was only a couple minutes away, which was great for our family. My 7 year old loved the swing in the yard. The house included lots of little essentials that could easily be forgotten when packing, and eliminated the need for a trip to the store. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. Even though the home is small, the space was so comfortable for our family of 5, and could have easily fit 2-3 more. The host was great and responded quickly to text messages. The neighborhood was great. All great.

This is a well appointed very clean home in a great location...

This is a well appointed very clean home in a great location near Calaveras BigTrees and a short drive to Utica and Union Lakes as well as access to the Stanislaus River. Nice deck for dining with an excellent gas grill. If you have mobility challenges it might be difficult to access the main floor of this A frame, as it requires climbing two short flights of stairs. Lots of great hiking nearby.
