It was great. Pool was a little cold, but kids went in anyway.. Beds comfy, room big, nice location, food good. Will be coming back.

The staff was of great help. There was an issue with our room; they were short-staffed. They took care of it quickly, calmly and without any snark. We also had to leave before breakfast was served in the morning and they let us grab some yogurt, fruit, etc early so we could get were we needed to get to on time.

For the cheap room, I expected it to be a dump. Actually looked and smelled pretty clean. Room was clean. Check in was simple.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I actually booked the wrong Holiday Inn in St Cloud. Didn't know they had two. The staff helped me get it straight. Our room was spacious. I reserved the queen suite. We had a family affair meeting our adult kids and grandchildren age 2, 5, 8. Plenty of room for sleepover with the Grands. The whole complex is spacious. Loved the large hot tubs. Great place for family reunions.

    The staff was the friendliest of any we have met on this trip. The themed rooms are the most creative I have ever seen at a hotel! The location was ideal for our cycling group, one block away from the rail trail.
