Located off Highway 6, this pet-friendly hotel is a 13-minute drive from Cape Cod National Seashore. The property was just fine for our needs! The room was big for us. There was an outdoor pool on site and then an indoor pool at the hotel next door that we were allowed to use. Staff was friendly. They were accommodating being that I asked last minute to add on an extra night.
Located 2 mi from the beach, this Cape Cod motel features an outdoor pool. It is also a part of the Cape Cod Rail Trail Bike Path. Excellent budget motel. Clean, great staff, good beds, with the grounds including lovely shaded areas where I could sit at a picnic table and work with laptop outside, near Rail Trail. Very nice to have traffic light when you leave, helping make turns onto the very busy highway Route 6.
On 6 acres of land, this Cape Cod motel is just a 5 minute drive from Coastguard Beach. It features an outdoor pool and rooms with a private patio. The location was great and an excellent starting point for all of our adventures. The manager (or owner) was awesome! Great personality, very hospitable, and knowledgeable about the area & places to check out. Even though the ice maker was broken (Although I didn’t have any issues), she made sure that there was a cooler full of ice available for guests. We will 100% be back again.
This Eastham inn offers free Wi-Fi and rooms equipped with a refrigerator. The Nauset Lighthouse is 5 minutes’ drive. Cable TV and a work desk are offered in each room at Eagle Wing Inn. Location was just prefect and John the manager was Phenomenal and very friendly
Featuring free WiFi and a hot tub, The Whalewalk Inn & Spa offers accommodations in Eastham. Free private parking is available on site. My husband and I had a fantastic stay here. The photos don’t do it justice: the room, building and property were all charming. The complimentary breakfasts were some of the best meals of our stay (better than some of the 5 star rated restaurants we tried). The staff were knowledgeable and happy to share their recommendations and tips. We would be thrilled to stay here again!
Boasting scenic gardens and an outdoor swimming pool, The Seagrove Suites & Guest Rooms is located in Eastham. Free WiFi access is available at this Cape Cod holiday home. I loved that we were able to bring our pets and the size of the place. I loved how private the pool was. I loved that we had our own hammock outside. It was also very nice to do the self checkout and have a book of activities.
Eastham was a good location and Provincetown Town was not far from there, which I liked. But after passing through Orleans on my way back from Nauset Beach I felt that Orleans would be suited for my needs.
I love Eastham. I've stayed there before. Lot's of nature walks beaches to visit. Kettle ponds. I don't need to do any shopping when I go on vacation. I just want to relax and enjoy the nature and beauty of the Cape. No need to rush. Enjoy the views.
Eastham is the gateway to The Cape Cod National Seashore and is a short drive to Wellfleet, Truro, and Provincetown. Motel/Hotel accommodations in Eastham along Route 6 are more affordable and reasonably-priced than those offered within closer range of Provincetown. Staying in Eastham is convenient for a beach-lover’s vacation. During my Post-Labor Day visit, I visited a different beach each day , ending the day with dinner in Provincetown every night; followed by long walks up and down Commercial Street , for people-watching. Best pick for fresh seafood dinner is Mac’s Fish House on ShankPainter Road in Provincetown. Best pick for cozy ambience and classic Italian cuisine is Ciro & Sal’s on Kiley Court; off Commercial Street. Best pick for eclectic seafood dishes and people watching is Bubbala’s on Commercial Street. Not to be missed is Coast Guard Beach in Eastham, & Nauset Beach in Orleans; in spite of the presence of sharks(!) The shuttle bus to Coastguard Beach enhances the experience of visiting one of the most unspoiled and beautiful beaches on the Outer Cape. En route to Nauset Beach, stop off in Orleans at Howl Bookstore to pick up a book for beach reading and then get great coffee and a muffin to go at The Chocolate Sparrow; a much-loved Orleans coffee shop. Head of The Meadow Beach in Truro and Race Point Beach in Provincetown are my two personal favorite beaches for their clear and calmer waters for swimming, and for the wind-swept beauty of the Provincelands Sand Dunes. For shark-safe swimming after Labor Day; visit Corn Hill beach on the other side of Route 6 in Truro. All in all, Eastham is a good location for launching your visit to the Outer Cape !
Moby Dicks is a great restaurant,. Arnolds very good , there was lighter traffic on rt6 than expected..Wellfleet harbor is very pleasant , great sights great food nice people ., the town center is fun..
awesome!! 1loved it .. many seafood restaurants they have few mini golf places for kids the beaches are a plus .. the light house is beautiful.. you will enjoy your trip,,, one thing I will say PLAN THE TRIP DURING SUMMER OR EARLY FALL.
A beautiful town . Within easy driving distance to all attractions. Quiet and welcoming. I highly suggest fairway restaurant. don’t do bob’s sub terrible service and pizza was terrible. Go to first encounter beach you won’t regret it
Our host John was warm and welcoming and funny. He pointed all the places nearby worth seeing and where to watch the sunrise, which beach to go to for calm waters and which one for the rough waves. Rooms were perfect for us and bed and pillows soooo comfy - I want them in my home. Grounds are beautifully kept - one can tell that there has been constant upkeep of the property. It is located on rt 6 - so close to everything. Thank you John and family and if we come back to Cape Cod, we will stay here again.
A great value, this is that rare bargain you can embrace. Lovely grounds, quiet, central location. Sally truly cares about her guests, and loves to share the areas attractions. This location puts you right near spectacular beaches and has bike trail access. We would stay here again for sure. True hospitality!
It’s located in a quite neighborhood but still close to Rte 6 Orleans/ Eastham roundabout. Beautifully kept grounds/lawn w/ a gazebo overlooking several wisteria . Very friendly and helpful staff.Very clean.Delicious breakfasts. We will definitely make the Whalewatch Inn our go to location on CC.
We always stay here when we visit our son in Eastham. This hotel is old but perfectly adequate for a couple of nights and the price can't be beat. The location right on Rt. 6 is great and the buildings are set back from the road so you do not hear any traffic noise unless you are in the pool.
Good clean motel, with decent restaurant on site, great seafood restaurant (Arnold's) next door, excellent location near Salt Pond Visitor's Center and Nauset Coastguard Beach, excellent staff, and a real plus, security login for the WiFi, which many places on the Cape do NOT have.
The location was very close to Thumpertown Beach which has a excellent view of the sunset. It was a short drive to North Eastham center with a fish market, many restaurants , gas stations and convenience stores.
We were shopping in the area and decided to try and stay over somewhere around Eastham. We found this place had a vacancy. They accommodated our last minute reservation well.
really liked the wooden flooring in the room (much cleaner then this old rugs you have usually in motels), good pricing, very clean, friendly staff, breakfast was solid
Staff are very nice, rooms are very clean, breakfast are delicious. Worth the stay!! This is our 4th year we book in the same hotel.
Great spot close to Orleans and a short drive to Provincetown. Many restaurants were closed for the season but that was expected.
It is just amazing. Best of hotels where we stayed. You need to see this! I swear you would be in love.
In the room was much bigger than most budget hotels. How many hotel we stayed at was the review
Rooms, patio , facilities and location, wifi , 2 bathrooms, barbeque, beaches nearby
The Inn was lovely, the owners very friendly and caring. The grounds and sitting areas, inside and out were inviting and comfortable. We will go back!!
