United StatesThe location was perfect, you cant see or hear traffic or neighbors. The area dealt with high winds and tornado alerts, the cabin is so solid i felt safe, the drive lane from road to cabin was cleared of any fallen limbs before we frove out for the day.

United StatesBungalow in Bloom was awesome!! It was perfect for my husband and I to celebrate his recent retirement and ring in the New Year in French Lick. The owners have re-made this 1920's home into a charming and comfortable retreat. And clean, clean, clean!!! We loved all of the French Lick memorabilia throughout the home. We will definitely book again so we can see the flowers in bloom and enjoy the wonderful enclosed front porch. Randy is a great host and was very responsive!! Can't wait to return!!

United StatesLocation was very good. The thoughtfulness of the items that are there for the quests. Sparkling clean white linens and towels. Access to the lake and the amenities that come with the house to use at the lake. The kitchen has everything that was needed. The floor was clean. It looks like they are continuing to update. Grill and deck was nice as was the fire pit. We plan on going back in the future and would absolutely would stay here again.

French Licks is very simple but yet entertaining. This city is growing and has all the amenities from the bourbon or wine drinker, gambler, or small eats type of family. An interesting little town in the middle of nowhere with an extensive and interesting history, as well as some jaw-dropping hotels that are architectural wonders. Nearby lakes and trails make beach-combing and boating fun and readily available. The train ride was fun and was quite comfortable. We came to area for my 5 year olds Birthday and he wanted his family to go with him on a train ride. We did not do much else in French Lick. Wish we had a chance to use the fire pit with plenty of seating. The host left out snacks and a bottle of wine. Love that it was outside of town but only 5 minutes from French Lick. Hosts were willing and ready to come fix an issue with a shower clip. Also really appreciated having things like coffee filters, seasonings, tupperware, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, plenty of towels, and cleaning supplies available.Guest review byAmandaUnited States
