If you are going to go to Galesburg, you should like trains because there are plenty of them. Fortunately, they have built some additional viaducts and over passes on the main drags, so you don't get stopped as much as you used to. When there visit the coney Island restaurant. It is the oldest restaurant in town and, as you can guess by the name, it specializes in hotdogs. You can visit the Galesburg railroad museum. It is next to the railroad station. The room was bright, comfortable, and the mattress was wonderful. The housekeeping staff were always friendly and ready to help with any needs. The front desk staff were welcoming and accommodating. Never a cross look when my Grandsons kept losing their keycards! Getting around Galesburg was easy and there is a really good Mexican restaurant right across the street. I will never stay there again dirty room stained toilets seat light and tv someone gum on the night stand rude first shift check in man stained carpets no hot tub working had a bad bad smell u had to go get air spray it be able to handle it after him stalking me over a cart that made us feel safe we checked out making us drive home to loves Park in the middle of the night blow dryer didn't work we had not seat when going to the bathroom just bad and to afraid of saying anything so we leftGuest review bylaurieUnited States

The rooms were spacious, updated and accommodating with a large TV, great counter space in the bathroom, fridge and microwave. Our room had a view of the sunset, which you could also see from the pool area. Breakfast was great, a good variety of options. The pool and area were clean. The staff were very friendly.
