I like that it was a new hotel!! I love that the staff let me know they were having trouble with the system and too please have patience. I was like sure that’s no problem and it only took about 2 minutes to fix. She was very polite!!!!! :) She also asked me to check and make sure I wasn’t double charged and that made me feel good. With everything that she had going on, she was still concerned about the guest!!!! Need great people in customer services!!!! I will definitely use this facility again in the future!!!

It was a good experience. Just don't like other customers standing outside their rooms loud and drinking. Makes you feel unsafe. But other than that it was good.

We some reservations in the wrong state by accident. Booked this last minute. Running late and tired and irritable we pulled in here having never stayed at a Windham. Only 5 hours from home we thought if anything goes wrong we’ll just leave and drive through… Nothing went wrong. Nothing. Now it is our favorite place to stay with an actual vanity, seperate from bathroom, digital thermostat. It was great. The guy at check-in (Phillip) was great. The lady at checkout was great. Lots of smiles. Good senses of humor. Asked for a review… You got it baby!
