Excellent location and Terry is a great host. Good breakfast, big room and just 10 minutes away from Denali National park entrance. Also, close by the 49th State brewing company, nice if you want to check the bus from Into the wild and get good food and beers.

The location was beautiful, amazing views from the restaurant and lobby. Service was friendly and our room was conveniently located for my mom who uses a walker! Shuttle service to the Rail Depot was very convenient too.

    Healy is very convenient if you have a car and are visiting Denali National Park and Preserve. There is a reasonably good grocery and liquor store. Denali Park is amazing, and I could not recommend it more if you like mountains. We were lucky enough to actually see the mountain.

    Just north of Denali village and park. We enjoyed our stay here. There is a grocery store that also has liquor. The 49th state brewery restaurant and Thai take out are other possible options for food.

    Healy is conveniently located nine miles north of the entrance to Denali National Park. There are several restaurants on the highway corridor, as well as motorist services. There is a Three Bears store for all of your groceries and supplies. We had a great dinner at 49th State Brewing, a small chain craft brewery.

    Not really THAT much to do in Healy unless you are an actual resident. It's a very small town that seems to depend heavily on tourist traffic (it's just down the road from Denali National Park). I am a frequent visitor to Denali National Park, so I go through Healy a lot. There is a good grocery/hardware/sporting goods store, a couple diners, and a fantastic brewery/restaurant (49th State Brewery).

    Healy is about 18 minutes from the Denali Park entrance so a great location. The pricing is much lower than directly outside the park. It has a grocery store, gas station and a couple of restaurants.

    In my opinion, Healy is a typical town set up by and for the cruise lines who want to run people into Denali. Food is high and early May is really a challenge if you have special dietary needs. We stayed out of town in an independent hotel, which was great. Good place to plan a trip into Denali, much better than Talkeetna.

    Very friendly worker. Thank you very much for sending me the kettle! Good location, easy to reach and not too far from Denali National Park. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable. Free parking direct in front of the room. Reasonable price compare to other hotels in the same area. The area is quiet, could sleep well in the night.

    Main reason to choose this acommodation was location near to Denali NP. Room was smaller. For us, more important is that it was clean with own toilette and shower. The advantage is also short distance to field airport, shop, and petrol stations in Healy. Staff was very friendly.

    Misleading NOT a hotel but a dated motel with postage stamp sized bathroom but comfortable beds and very quiet sleep Now staying at Aurora Denali Lodge with modern facilities like a normal comfortable hotel at a comparatively lower room rate !
