I forgot to mention they were a FIRE HAZARD. (I used to work in insurance) and there was a malfunctioning three prong adaptor plug for the tv, microwave and refrigerator and all plug into and then into the wall. The refrigerator spoiled the food I carry as a diabetic in case the motel breakfast is crappy for me SINCE IT NEVER REALLY WORKED , we couldn't use the microwave because the PLUG SPARKED. The THREE PLUG RECEPTACLE WASN'T BUILT FOR THE LOAD.

Business trip so I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy what Holbrook had to offer. The hotel was adequate, exceptions are amenities in the room and staff attitude. Hotel breakfast excellent. Wind horrible this time of year.

We were glad we booked two days, because the first day was...
We were glad we booked two days, because the first day was very windy, and we mostly toured by car. The next day was beautiful! We enjoyed some the exhibits around the forest and in the buildings. Staying another day, would have allowed us to do some hiking.

Quiet, clean and comfortable.
Quiet, clean and comfortable. Love the hardwood floors rather than gross carpet. Staff wasn’t the friendliest. Breakfast is basic but enough choices to get our day started. Coffee was less than stellar. Would recommend if you just need a place for a good nites sleep. We were just traveling through.

They have three dog parks.
They have three dog parks. There is only one real attraction in town and that is the Navajo County Courthouse Museum that was closed the day we were there. They have a little one screen movie theater and one excellent Italian Restaurant, the Mesa Italian.

I was treated differently from 2 years ago.
I was treated differently from 2 years ago. That is why I stopped back, I felt Holbrook was very hospitable. This trip my on line rate/reservation was overcharged, my rooms were unsafe without lock or phone.

From $87 per nightWe stayed at the Days Inn in Holbrook so we could visit the Petrified Forest National Park and Painted desert, on a road trip around Arizona. We were happy with the breakfast and the room, nothing special but a great value for a quick 1-night stay. The person at the front desk when we checked in was very pleasant. We were able to enter the Petrified Forest / Painted Desert in late afternoon and stay until 7PM which was excellent. We had dinner at a local diner nearby, the food there was good and the staff friendly.

From $72 per nightThis motel makes it look like we’re still in the last century but in a good way! Lots of pretty decorations, rooms and bathrooms are decent size and very cozy. The staff was extremely friendly and greeted me with an ice cream sandwich and a bottle of water which was a nice touch. This is one of the best motels I have ever stayed at and it’s very close to Petrified Forest NP

This is a sparkling new hotel, having opened in October 2020. It's near a number of restaurants along the Historic Route 66 highway that runs directly through downtown Holbrook. It was a pleasant, interesting, relaxing stay after a lot of Interstate 40 driving. We'd definitely stay there again.

This hotel was chosen as a one night stop on a long road trip we were doing. I chose it because of the proximity to The Petrified Forest NP, and the fact it was walking distance to places to eat that night. There was plenty of parking, and the breakfast choices were good.
