Our flight was delayed, as there was a problem with the plane and the airline got a replacement plane etc. We communicated with the hotel via booking.com and updated them on our eta as we didnt want our airport shuttle to wait for us at the airport uneccesarily. Amanda attended to our msgs and when we arrived at FCA, Steve was there to meet us! yay!!! Thank you Amanda and Steve for being our first introduction to Montanan hospitality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 Stars!!!)❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Crokery,pots and pans are all in the room when we checked in, and we were able to cook a hearty tom yum to enjoy. Walmart is just in front of the hotel for groceries. Throughout our stay we've been very well fed by the breakfast team! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sorry for not remembering the names of the ladies at Reception who would always greet us with a smile every morning and every time we come back to our home in Kalispell. Every team member we encounter are so friendly and warm. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Staff was super helpful. Location was excellent, near Chik Fil A, Home Goods, Harbor Freight, Cabelas, most of the shopping in Kalispell. Hotel room was very quiet.

Perfect extra size “queen suite” to accommodate us 2 grandparents joined by a daughter and 2 young grandkids. To their delight there was an elevator, a swimming pool, and a great breakfast room where they could make their own pancakes. The staff was friendly and kind, and the location was central to various locations around the area we needed to visit.

    Went to dinner one nite at restaurant in the casino. Walked across road and around to front. Wonderful meal. Stopped in second hand stores and yard sale which companion enjoys. Sorry but we are both over 70! Not exactly young and it's my aunt I travel with!

    A group of us went out to celebrate our friend's 80 birthday...the towns of Big Folk and White Fish and Kalispell were great to spend time and have breakfast lunch or dinner or just walk around..beautiful weather and of course going to Glacier Park is a must...eating down at lake was beautiful...lots to do... Not many ubers or taxi service The Mountain Shuttle was great ..offers private tours and pick up to airport and train station...just fyi

    Absolutely love Kalispell. Spent several days there.

    Absolutely love Kalispell. Spent several days there. Explored the town and also spent a couple days visiting the breathtaking views of Glacier National Park. Lots of fantastic restaurants. Flathead Lake was an extra bonus.

    An old, rundown motel featuring...Damaged entry door. Filthy disgusting carpet. Ring around the bath tub, chips and dirty seams in shower surround. Dirty cobwebs between curtains and ceiling. Dirty walls. Water damage below window. Dirty air conditioner and floor heaters in disrepair. Major appliances plugged into a power strip. Food and trash under and behind furniture. Dirt and grime on everything. My pictures say it all. The pictures published for this Motel were from better days and do not reflect current conditions. Breakfast consists of sugary pastries & cold cereal.

    It seems like an a nice city. Easy to find your way around.

    It seems like an a nice city. Easy to find your way around. If you like shopping has a lot of stores and malls. Only complaint on a Saturday night surprised how early a lot of the stores closed. Lots of different restaurants and type of food to choose from to eat at. Close to Whitefish and Glacier National Park. I cant say to much more about Kalispell as we only stopped there overnight and to do some shopping.

    if you're here for glacier np, be aware that kalispell is...

    if you're here for glacier np, be aware that kalispell is more of a regular town than a park entrance town. so, like, there isn't ice cream every 5 feet, tchotchke shops, etc. also be aware that staying in kalispell will add a solid 1.5 hours of driving every day versus west glacier. pretty rough when you have to get up at 4 am to make the drive to many glacier!

    It was in a great location the room had a few things left behind on the floor and the mirror was dirty. The beds were so stiff!!! And the pool area all the windows leaked so there was a draft the food was great!! It’s a HUGE hotel
