Set in Mo'loaa Bay, this holiday home features a patio, steps away from the beach with views of the reef. The property features views of the sea and is 5.6 mi from Kilauea Lighthouse. A little Piece of Paradise carved out of the mountain perched on a bluff. This property met all of my expectations and more! I can't say enough about this Magical place. It was just as described Dreamy Beach front, Serene, Private, Tranquility with Stunning Views. The home was an older plantation-style which we actually loved we felt as if we were part of the Hawaiian heritage. There's no granite, Jacuzzi tubs Or chandeliers but who needs it! It was Beach friendly Charming and had everything we needed. We went ahead and booked even though we read a bitterer-sweet review and all we found was sweet. I'm sure you can't please all guests all of the time. Problems that arise is understandable considering it's so close to a large amount of vegetation in a rural area. We could see that there was Pest Control and didn't have any issues. We found there to be plenty of beach gear so we spent a good portion of our time snorkeling and Boogie boarding right in the front yard. We decided the best views are perched up on the bluff relaxing and and unwinding with privacy. We enjoyed the colored lights in the Pavilion in the outdoor dining area. It was easy access to the kitchen while barbecuing . One of the most favorite things we enjoyed is waking up early and listening to the waves and having our morning coffee, overlooking the beautiful bay quaint Bay, big enough, but not too big like Hanalei Bay. In the evening we'd sit around a fire pit roasting marshmallows while gazeing at the stars we made up old tales about the anchor that's placed nearby. I especially loved looking at the few little homes down on the bay with lights twinkling and lighting up the ocean it was pretty marvelous.! We came to check this place out for a future event, now that we Have seen what a wonderful place this is we are planning our next trip here. I would recommend this for any family vacation or honeymoon. It would be a great place for a reception as well.

This Location was the trump card of Molooa Bay! Whlie views were stunning of this Bay. We enjoyed taking a afternoon trip to Hanalei Bay, just about a 25 min. drive. The north part of the island was just beautiful, so green and lush with exotic vegetation. There was quaint little shops and good eats We enjoyed kayaking there as well. We enjoyed the hiking trail near the mini golf, it was about a 3 mile hike( I heard there was a short cut) half way we discovered a wonderful stream with small water falls and place for the kids to swing on a rope into a pool of water. If your here during whale season, its quite a experience to get up and close. We ultimately couldn't wait to get back to our vacation rental near Anahola, it was just as described Tranquility, blue, Villa. Very serene and private and great snorkeling right in front around the reef also boogie boarding was a blast.
