Management was amazing. On Wednesdays they have a "meet the manager" with free snacks. They asked me if I wanted a drink, and I asked for a Coke Zero (which they obviously didn't have). The manager found one in the back they usually stock in the front. All of the help was great. If I'm staying in CA for more than one week, this will definitely be the place I stay.

The welcome was the best part! There were two gentlemen—one from Oregon, who was really helpful and easy-going, and the other who knew a lot about football (soccer), which I find quite uncommon in the US and really set the tone for the trip! Please give these gentlemen a raise, as first impressions make up at least 50% of the experience! The McDonald’s nearby saved me from starving at 4.00 AM, so I’d also say the location is excellent!

    The hotel is not safe. we got robbed valuable items and cash...

    The hotel is not safe. we got robbed valuable items and cash. there was no safe for your valuables nor cctv in the floors for added security. front desk wasnt able to help trace who entered our room even if our key cards were with us when we went out. there was also no early warning about water works on our last day. we ended up showering with murky water and realized while showerinf. management was nonchalant and did not feel any compassion about the theft incident. Stay away from this hotel at all cost

    I won’t recommend for stay to others ad there are many other hotels near the Disneyland too. Hotel carpets were grossly dirty and cleaning services for room wasn't available except changing towel on daily basis that too on reminding them. Seems carpets have never been vacuumed.

    Terrible Experience!!! Such a dirty place. The carpet is disgusting. They do not clean your room unless you request it. WHAT????? They should clean it unless Told otherwise. They the second day, and after requesting the servicié (remembre one day into a dirty room) they cleaned half of the room. Just ejem I thought I had seen it all!!!!!

    Since dogs are accepted in your facility in La Palma, suggest you put in a fenced dog area for dogs to do their thing - with plastic bags - it would keep your facility so much cleaner. And it would be easier for dog owners too. Thank you so much for allowing our little dog to come with us.

    This is a nice hotel and it’s in the perfect location!

    This is a nice hotel and it’s in the perfect location! Pets are welcome in this property so that’s a huge plus but sadly, the cleanliness of this hotel needs major improvement! There were pet hair all over the carpet in my room, and the hallway wreaked of dog & cat urine!

    We spent 9 nights in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Advantage: free parking, enough big room, safe environment, good connections, near to hotel there are restaurants What should be improved: during our stay just 1 time came the housekeeper, the breakfast is boring
