On the banks of the Colorado River in Laughlin, the Pioneer Hotel features a 24-hour casino and a variety of on-site dining options. The rooms are furnished with cable TVs. Compact and relaxed. Nice Casino with some slots which actually paid out. Food was good.

This hotel is located on the shores of the Colorado River, directly across from Bullhead City. It features an on-site casino and a private beach on the river. Everything was great. They're Dog friendly. Good parking. Super accommodating. Gave us $10 off our stay for not using house keeping.
RV Park at Don Laughlin's Riverside Resort offers spaces to park a recreational vehicle/caravan in Laughlin, Nevada, 99 mi from Las Vegas. The RV Park at Don Laughlin is simply fantastic. Full hookup for our 27ft motorhome for 27$ a night is unbeatable. The staff was ultra friendly and the location is great. Laughlin is a lovely town and worth a visit. Especially the casino at the Riverside Resort. Black Jack with one deck is kinda nostalgic.
Oatman AZ is just 30 miles away on route 66. You can make some nice loop day trips to a few places. Up and down AZ 95 and CA 95. Route 66 too. We often get a room at the Pioneer for a few days and use it as a base to continually explore the area.
This section of the state is a hotbed for anti-maskers. If you cross the river, half won't be wearing them. They do enforce masks as much as possible on the laughlin side. Just be aware, was there for family business, not holiday and haven't been traveling if I can avoid it.
Laughlin is great for those who like river activities such as boating and jet skiing, as well as those who like to hang out on the riverwalk and watch others participate in these activities. you can gamble, hang out in casino, watch live lounge music in the casinos for free, take a scenic walk down the riverwalk and watch the river, and see birds, raccoons, ducks, fish, and other wildlife along the river and sometimes next to the path.
I would definitely recommend visiting Laughlin even though their hotels are not the nicest hotels but I think the river and the Riverview make up for it the Colorado river is amazing you won’t get tired of being there and enjoying the river
Laughlin has always been a great little town with lots to do besides gambling. The entertainment at the arena is great. Enjoying the Colorado River, on both sides, is ideal. A hike to the dam is easy and so much to explore on the way. Too bad the people have become extremely unpleasant, especially at the Riverside, those who work there and stay there. Couldn't wait to get out of town and explore what outside of Laughlin has to offer and the great people you meet while doing it.
Laughlin is the best for fun days on the river and nights in the casinos. There are hotels for whole family fun with arcades, movie theaters and bowling allies, like the Riverside for example. Some have their own beaches like the Avi and Harrahs. Lots of different restaraunt options as well.
