Proximity to the bus stop that takes you to NYC . Peaceful area. The Manhattan view from my room was stunning. I appreciate the staff giving me that room.Fast check in . I loved how specious the room was in fact thats a one bedroom apt with a separate living room. I loved the stay and looking forward staying again there in near future.

From the front desk, to the breakfast staff, even the check out process we were greeted with smiling faces and very happy employees. The room was SPOTLESS and we had a cool view of an active train track which we could see but didn't have to hear. The room was up to date and very comfortable, plenty of charging ports for devices, lots of counter space and big ole cozy bed!!! Bathroom equipped with pump bottles of soaps and lotions not the little ones nothing comes out of from a brand you've never seen! There was plenty of parking and the hotel was very easy to get to coming from New York. Keurig style coffee pot in the room and a breakfast not worth missing. I've left a lot of hotels and skipped their "breakfast". Holiday inn, especially this one.....worth waking up for !!!!! Look forward to staying at this hotel when we are back in the New jersey/New York area!!!

The bus stop was across the hotel. Took me literally 11 mins to get to Manhattan. The hotel room was comfortable and quiet. I loved the breakfast omelet . I enjoyed my stay in here .

    Ms Krystal Perez at the reception desk literally forced us to move out, because she "didn't see the booking for the next day in the system". Of course I've showed her all the confirmations. So we checked out at 12 and checked in at 5pm at the same day.

    No breakfast like they had on web site. Was charged more for room than what I was told on web site. Told 225. Was billed over 250 unsure why. Not happy about that. Unsure if I will use booking again.

    This hotel is located right outside of the New York-New...

    This hotel is located right outside of the New York-New Jersey Tunnel. Great Location!!! Not far from Nickelodeon Theme Park if your traveling with kids. The staff was friendly and accommodating, there is a small gym, and a Starbucks in the lobby. Cons: The rooms could use some updating, there are no microwaves in the rooms and no swimming pool at this facility. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

    Courtyard was last minute savior since our booking was cancelled at another hotel without an intimation and it was almost midnight. Reception staff were accommodating. Lady at restaurant for breakfast was humble, nice and supportive for choosing breakfast options. There was bus stop right across the street where you can take bus and it will drop you right in the center of New York within 10 mins at port authority bus terminal. so there is no hassle of taking your own car into chaos of traffic . It was overall a good experience.

    Typical corporate style hotel with the bare essentials. Bed was comfortable, hotel was quiet, and you cannot beat the convenience of having a bus downstairs that takes you to the city in 15 mins. Staff was polite and professional.
