From the moment we approached this stunning property nestled within the Massanutten Resort, we knew our stay would be memorable. The location is a perfect blend of accessibility and tranquility, situated just 2 miles from the ski slopes and a mere mile from the exhilarating indoor waterpark. Upon entering the house, we were greeted by its spacious ambiance, accentuated by tall ceilings and an impressive 4000 square feet of living space. The property boasts a plethora of bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring ample privacy and comfort for large groups or families. The cleverly designed open layout seamlessly integrates communal areas while maintaining cozy private nooks, perfect for those moments of needed solitude or quiet reading. The array of amenities provided is nothing short of spectacular. The game room became our nightly hub of entertainment, offering a variety of activities for all ages. Evenings were especially magical, spent around the warm glow of the fire pit or indulging in the smoky flavors from s'mores. For relaxation, the hot tub and sauna were our sanctuaries, offering a spa-like experience under the stars. A unique highlight was the movie theater room, providing an immersive cinematic experience that was a hit with both the adults and kids. And for the coffee enthusiasts in our group, the automatic coffee machine was a delightful touch, ensuring we started each day with a perfectly brewed cup. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, Dove products in bathroom, raised toilet, comfortable be and very quiet for great sleep. Kitchen area in room was great for preparing a little dinner. Loved seeing dogs in the hotel.

    The resort as a whole was wonderful!

    The resort as a whole was wonderful! From so many activities, to everything being so clean, and even to it being so peaceful! Definitely a place to travel to with your family! The waterpark is definitely a great place for children of all ages! There’s so much to do in it!

    So many things to do. A weekend is not enough time. The area is beautiful, take time to relax and enjoy. Camp Fire Grill's food is wonderful. The water park is more for kids and teens.

    For us, this spot was convenient for accessing the Skyline...

    For us, this spot was convenient for accessing the Skyline Drive and Shenandoah National Park. The resort provides many activities, many of which I think would be great for families or for golfers, but we were only there for the accommodations. Having a small apartment was much nicer and more spacious than would be an equivalent hotel room. We did not eat at any of the restaurants on the resort, but we had good burgers and beer in Elkton and Mexican food at the nearby Santa Fe Mexican Grille.

    Staff was horrible.

    Staff was horrible. Even the Concierge and the Manager were not helpful AT ALL. I waited for the manager who was supposed to be “coming right out.” 10 minutes later, I asked for a business card because I didn’t have time to wait any longer. I was referred to Booking.com for complaints and requests for refund. Booking.com recommended I contact the resort who had just referred me to Booking.com 😡😡😡

    What I liked they had plenty of places for entertainment, however, the places would change from what was printed on the calendar and you didn't know until you went to the area. Great Spa lovely staff. I had peaceful relaxing few days.

    My 1-bedroom apartment is very decent.

    My 1-bedroom apartment is very decent. The king bed is comfortable. Bathroom is big. There is small countertop toaster oven, eclectic grill and an electric pan. I wish they have stove and oven, that would be great.
