My son and I were there attending the Anime Fiesta held at the McAllen Convention Center. The hotel was a short drive there and we could not have asked for a better hotel to stay at. OYO when booked said it was pet friendly - okay for service dog /but not the other dog -charged $15.00 x 4=$60.00 .nights we were booked for. There was no breakfast with stay. the tub was very slippery spouse had to put towel down bottom of tub / not to be slippery. the mattress was to hard on back --says wife. pillows & blankets helped.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0
Our visit was fine.
Our visit was fine. We were unable to have a tournament due to weather. Ended up playing in near by towns. Disappointed that the city did not allow us to play our tournament and changed the rules of the game. The changed rules really ended up having a huge impact on the outcomes of the games.Guest review byAmber

Room was all like new, and nice and quiet. Neighborhood was nice, quiet and felt very safe walking around. Close to golf, walking paths and shopping as well as a great selection of restaurants. Bed was quite comfortable and AC was cold. You need your own can opener if you are cooking canned items. All other utensils/dishes are provided.
