While nothing fancy it was everything you need. Bed was exceptionally comfortable as were the pillows. Room was very clean with what appeared to be new carpeting, drapes and bedspreads. The two door refrigerator and small microwave allowed for some munching in the room. The bathroom had been updated with new multi function shower head and shower curtain, appears new toilet and sink vanity. Hair dryer was provided in bathroom. Heating/ AC kept the room comfortable. My 16 night solo stay was very quiet and relaxing. Not once did I hear anyone talking or another room’s TV. You do hear the trains passing but I found it comforting and soon didn’t notice the whistles. The location is very close to multiple restaurants and major shopping. You can walk across the street to a great Mexican restaurant and a neighborhood bar with good food and live music. Although I was a female traveling by myself I felt completely safe the entire time. There is plenty of outside lighting and have the convenience of parking right at your door. The staff was very attentive and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed. I did ask for a tub mat and they rushed out and got one for me. I highly recommend this place for a no frills but comfortable and clean place to stay. I will be back if/when I’m back in the area. Thank-you for a nice 2 weeks.

I can’t express enough gratitude for how accommodating the staff was. While I didn’t personally stay at the hotel, I booked a room for two friends who had recently fallen on hard times. Their car’s starter went out after a previous repair, leaving them without heat and forced to sleep in their vehicle as temperatures dropped to 17°F. Knowing this, I couldn’t rest until I helped them. At first, they hesitated to accept the offer, but when they broke down in tears, I knew getting them a warm place to stay was the right thing to do. These two are some of the most selfless, humble, and caring people I’ve ever been blessed to know. Securing a room last minute was effortless thanks to the compassionate staff at Super 8. Thank you for making such a meaningful impact, even in a small way. Your kindness does not go unnoticed.

We went to Minnetrista and saw the Bob Ross Experience. It was a great time. We also went to a few different nature parks in the area and those were all very nice. I would go to Muncie again, absolutely, but I would never stay in the Days Inn by Wyndham Muncie - Ball State University hotel again, not even if I was paid to.

    Muncie is fine.

Muncie is fine. The weather turned horrible but it is February so that was expected. There's not much to see but plenty of shopping centers, restaurants. I lived there at one time and its fine except for their road conditions...lots of pot holes. I eat at a little place called Sunshine Cafe and it was very good. We had to travel for a family member having surgery. All in all the trip was good.

Disappointing - What previous guests thought, 322 reviews
Just horrible- there’s was nothing to like except the location. It’s dirty as can be in the lobby and dirt in the hallways on the way to the room. It even got worse when we walked in the door the room looked like somebody got murdered in there with broken lamps, pillows dishovelled and so dirty. At least the front desk person gave us a refund as we spent the night at a very nice hotel in Andersonville since all the other hotels were filled due to the triathalon!
