The property has easy access to I-77, and many restaurant and shopping facilities. Very good and stocked breakfast….even provided to go bags. Front desk staff was awesome. They wrote down their names, but unfortunately lost them…however management will know the time of our stay and trust they will properly recognize them for their friendliness and great service.

We spent over a week at this hotel with our two kids and our pets during the Helene Hurricane. This was definitely the nicest hotel we stayed in the Carolina’s. They have a 2 pet policy that does require a fee but it is one fee for the entire stay. The place was clean and in working order. When we had issues staff was very quick to repair them. Full kitchen with dishes, towels, dish soap, microwave, dishwasher, and full fridge. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The room was clean and had lots of storage so it didn’t feel crowded with all of our baggage. There’s lots in the area to do with your gamily. There’s a mall down the street with an arcade and escape room. It’s also very close to the Carowinds.

    Rock Hill is a beautiful little city and an absolute gem just south of charlotte. Christmasville is an amazing Festival totally worth traveling for. The Town Square with a huge fountain reminds me of a Piazza in italy. Rock hill has so much to offer and so many little nooks to explore. Love Rock Hill

    I made mistakes on rating I thought this was the hotel in Macon Georgia this hotel was clean and I would recommend it to others the staff very friendly and receptionist was extra kind and secure that I have pleasant stay I was with booking.com for Georgia. Staff very considerate of my son handicapped needs thank you I’m sorry I had wrong hotel

    I was at Rock Hill for a youth soccer game, at Manchester complex. What a beautiful, very clean place. The lay out of fields was amazing. The city is clean. It was a enjoyable experience, I would do it again

    There was nothing to like.

    There was nothing to like. This was a bug-infested, room with an old hard mattress, cigarette burned linens, a stench of stale cigarette smoke and questionable pillows on which to rest on. If I hadn't prepaid and I was so tired, if have left. The guests in the motel were loud and sketchy as well, some on unknown drugs and/or alcohol. This is NOT a place for the average traveler passing through, no matter the cost. The bugs in the room were in my bags upon leaving and crawling all over my things. I am certain they were on me because I slept fully dressed on top of the sheet.

    Rooms were disgusting.

    Rooms were disgusting. Beds had large burn holes in sheets, rooms smelled terribly like weed and body odor. Cockroaches were all through AC unit and even seen them running across the floor. Front desk service was ignorant, forced to stand in a very small area with no AC while attendant took their jolly time assisting us. Absolutely poor service and disgusting rooms. Never stay there.

    The location was close to the Bmx track, which was the reason for our visit. It had easy access to highway travelling north or south. The room was spacious and comfortable. There were free laundry facilities, gym and pool. Breakfast included was a fantastic convenience.Room had a kitchenette. Hotel put on a social hour Monday to Wednesday, and the staff were lovely .

    Well located off of I-77. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The wifi was great and lots off parking. The included breakfast was really good, lots of choices eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, yogurt, fruit, pastries, toast, juices and coffee. Good value for your money. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
