Exceeded my expectations by far the photos online do it no justice. My room was wall to wall plush carpeting and very modern and the entire bathroom was all remodeled it was beautiful. Manager on the phone also accommodated me with my room key and check in process was simple over the phone since I was at work at the time and my arrival was very late that night.

We were disappointed to learn that there was no breakfast in the Grille on Thursday morning. We had a toilet that overflowed but on reporting it to the front desk the woman who serviced the room came immediately, quickly cleaned up the wet floor and made sure everything was working.

Terry is a wonderful and very friendly host, greeting us with home made cookies every day and delicious breakfast in the morning. The house is very cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated, with large common spaces on the first floor. The location is quiet and we enjoyed the large yard with sweeping views of the lake. Would warmly recommend Maguire House for a getaway to a picturesque part of Massachusetts!

Breakfast was beyond excellent! Our host was pleasant, interesting, friendly, and helpful. We had free Wifi and parking. The facility was charming and the furniture appropriate to the time period. We would suggest this property to our friends.
