The people at the front desk were hospitable and friendly. Skip and Michelle have great customer service! The staff were very kind. I liked the breakfast. I like the outside games and landscaping. Kitchen with stove & fridge is a plus! Great location with a shopping mall very close, walking distance.

Check in was so simple after a long day it was such a relief! The gentleman who checked me in was what made check in so fantastic! Dsean was absolutely fantastic! I cannot say enough about the level of warmth and genuine care for me. He truly embodies what it means great customer service. Perfect for families visiting beautiful San Diego. Safe and quiet neighborhood with close by restaurants and supermarkets and everything you need. Host June was extremely welcoming and very responsive- left us a welcome package with drinks and snacks which was very refreshing and kind. Beds were comfortable, the property was spotless clean and very spacious and we felt at home to do our family cooking since the kitchen was very well stocked. The cute garden was also great for morning coffee in the fresh air. Hope to come back and stay in the future.
