The house was just as described, and the host was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, and there was enough room for all eight of us to feel like we had room. The pool and porch really made the property. We asked for the pool to be heated, and we all enjoyed swimming. It was a great stay for a wonderful price!

My experience with this hotel was very good. Very clean, spacious, hot shower, air conditioning, towels were clean, soft pillows, nice bed. The staff was so polite and courteous. Breakfast: they have granola bars, grits and wheat envelopes, good coffee and added boiled eggs, oranges and yogourt. I asked for an additional comforter and was provided to me immediately. I asked for fresh towels and same. Great parking lot and building well located and well illuminated. This is a place where people stay for a long time. I really like it and will come back.

    Sadly we didn’t get to use the pool as it was under a cleaning. Would have been good to know when booking on line, although when we asked about what was going on with the pool we were told that it had been posted on line when in fact we went back to look for it and could find nothing.

    Sun City Center is a place to go if you have friends or relatives living there and you want to visit them. Ybor City and Tampa are not too far away but there is little to do in Sun City Center itself,

    Sun City Center is a 55+ community.

    Sun City Center is a 55+ community. The 3 pools were very well maintained. I visited Kings Point and purchased a small condo. All of the property was clean, safe and the homes landscapes excellent. They have many clubs to meet almost anyone's interests.

    AC broke in the middle of the night. I asked for a different room for my second night and they refused. Woman at the front desk was rude. Also there were ants in the sink. Worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced.

    The location is great. Extreamly safe to stay there. The hotel does not offer breakfast. McDonald’s, Burger King, Denys are 1 mile away on the same street. Walgreens is next door to the Hotel.
