The property is excellent location. everything was great. But next time I will ask for a room close to the elevators because I am handicap so it was very hard to walk all the way to room 301 but overall excellent stay.

The location was perfect, at the very beginning of old town. In the bedroom, everything look like it had just been remodeled perfectly. In the bathroom, everything was brand new, and in perfect working order. The he attendant at check in was very helpful, because of my hearing aids, it is sometimes hard to understand, she took extra time to make sure I I could understand everything she said.

I liked that there were fast food restaurants available within 500 to possible 800 feet from the entrance of the Holiday Inn Express. that was a big + for me. The fast food places were: Wendy's, In-n and Out and Arby's on the end. If your tastes were different, these were good choices for your selection, I ate at all three places. It seemed to be easy to get around. Most places were within walking distance.

Breakfast was good; however, more meat options would have been better. Some of the sandwiches'bread had become hard after being under warming light for more than 2 hours. Have dishwasher serviced after a month's rental. (Dishwasher. door kept opening during wash cycle.) Had to keep pushing door to lock to finish wash cycle.. I ordered Uber Eats - Burger King. Went to Union 76 Station to buy sodas, water & chips. Had someone go to Aldi's to shop for cold cuts, & various items.i.e milk, ,mayo, mustard & bread, lettuce, tomatoes for sandwiches after hours. Getting around in Temecula is easy if you use Uber or Lyft. Walking takes longer to get to a destination. Be sure to rent a car..

Amazing!!! We loved & enjoyed our stay. Outside the city, but close enough to enjoy and take in all the beauty, foods activities... we were there for annual Temecula car show. It was perfect for a romantic get away. Can't wait to visit again to do more exploring and wineries... soon.

I enjoyed Room Service for dinner.

I enjoyed Room Service for dinner. However, breakfast is available for Room Service if you go down to get it. You place your order...pay for it. When order is ready, it is brought to you in to go containers inside a shopping bag. You can eat at dining area or return to your room. Later you can have drinks during Happy Hour 5pm - 7pm. You can order your food to eat at the bar or to go. Choices for dinner are limited which is served 5pm -10pm. There are snacks available; however, cost is a little pricey. To each her or his own. Ice Machine was out of order on the 2nd floor. You had to go to 3rd floor for ice. If you needed clean towels, you could ask someone in Housekeeping. They were more than happy to provide towels. The staff was very helpful and professional at all times. Alex, Front Desk was professional and helpful. Gen, the Mixologist was helpful. I wanted Sutter Home White Zinfandel; there wasn't any. She suggested a Robert Renzoni La Rosa from a local winery which was perfect. I enjoyed it. Usually I don't drink red wine. It leaves me with a headache. This one did not...a plus in my book. The location was close enough for a short walk which I did..2 days in a row which is very rare for me. It was scenic and quiet... The bed was very comfortable...actually got more sleep than normal.

We didn't have such a good weather, it was quite rainy and windy while we were there for 3 nights in May. Nevertheless, it is a beautiful place: how the green hills meet the blue sky is mesmerising, great for nice photo shoots. The area is full of vine cellars, we visited some, and I could always find 1-2 nice local red wines per place that were my taste. You can take shuttles that the vineries offer or you can just simply Uber or Lyft (before we arrived, we were told that it was hard to find an Uber ride, but that hint deemed to be totally false, you can always get one).

The breakfast was a nice full spread breakfast, with a variety of cold cereal, oatmeal, danish, coffee, juice, water. NO HOT MEALS like cooked eggs, or sausage was provided though! I would have liked more of a full hot and cold'continental' style breakfast! Parking was plenty and free. Close to old town Temecula, less than a few miles away. Close to the 15 Freeway for easy access! Big spacious room with a nice King Size bed, and a full pull out couch to be able to have 2 more guests!

The location is close near a lot of restaurants, fast food places, Old Town Temecula, the wineries wasn’t too far of a drive, gas stations are super close, and so was the Promenade Mall. I also love the room’s color choices and how clean and spacious it is. Staff was nice and the property has a lot of parking which is pretty amazing and the parking is spacious as well. 24 hour access fitness center and the pool.. which was a plus since my girlfriend enjoys a good work out.

We were blown away by how luxurious the hotel was, it felt like a Mediterranean villa. The room was absolutely beautiful, clean and so comfortable with a great view of the vineyard and pool. We were left wishing we had booked an extra night, it was so relaxing and by far the best place we stayed on our trip. We will 100% be back, it will be our first choice of hotels in Temecula for the future.

I mentioned in the checkout notes that this trip was a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday, not expecting anything from it except for a clean stay. Instead, the staff left a birthday sign and little sweets on the desk of the hotel room! These small details go a long way - thank you so much! It was a perfect stay, right near the old town.

This hotel give the impression that is was previously a low-cost, slightly seedy motel that was refurbished. That may be the case, but they've actually done a pretty good job. It's clean, comfortable and the breakfast was solid.
