The people above my room made a terrible noise until 2:00 AM, and they did it again at 5:00 AM. I only slept 2 and 1/2 hours! I called the front desk a few tines(4!), and in the end he told me “that’s how we do things/ it doesn’t work that way” ( when I asked him to move them or me to another room). I paid $174 a night, so I can sleep after 8 hours of driving and before another 500 of driving the next day( today, 7/24/24). I know for a fact that I have legitimate reasons to want my money back. It is inadmissible to have to go through this stressful situation AND have to pay for it!!! I am going to call the headquarters and ask for a resolution. This is unacceptable way to do business.
