Seasonal outdoor and indoor pools, both heated, are featured at this motel in Wall. The Minuteman Missile Historic Site is 9 minutes’ drive away. Free WiFi is available. Really well run! This place is owned and operated by a local family that obviously takes a great deal of pride in the care and operation of this property. It was exceedingly clean, the staff was friendly and attentive and the owner included a personal letter telling us about their history with the hotel. I truly did not expect to be so charmed by a chain hotel.

Interior (Near Wall)
Badlands Budget host features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Interior. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a grill. Unbeatable location, very close to the gate of Badlands National Park. We booked a budget room but it turned out to be better than expected, spacious, well-lit, had a working desk with chair. The bathroom with shower was also spacious. The bed was comfy. Old furnitures but not a problem for us.
Love this little town!! Badlands are truly a thing of beauty!! Best Western is an affordable hotel with excellent pool house and breakfast!! Rooms are spacious and clean! Will definitely be back next spring.
I really enjoyed staying in the one of the Rustic rooms it was like staying in a log cabin i was walking distance from town the room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable i wish i could have stayed longer so i could have enjoyed the room longer the staff was so kind and helpful i am a women and traveling alone i felt very safe at this property Thank you
Other than the famous Wall Drugs, the main attractions here are the National Grasslands Visitor Center, the very scenic Badlands National Park, and the very informative Minuteman Missile National Historic Site. Otherwise, the town is pretty much a bust IMHO.
Front desk fine workers fine its just I had to deal with. Two or more hours of no TV and cold showers and I don't understand how a hotel could have cold showers must of been the knob in the tub or shower not working right.maybe
I could have spent an entire day just in the Wall Drug Store. It's actually many stores inside, including a restaurant. So try to stay a couple of days because you will want to to check out this tiny city AND The Badlands.
Wall is definitely a must-see on a South Dakota road trip! There is not much besides a few hotels and gas stations, but Wall Drug is a longtime landmark. We came for the first time, and while we’ll probably not visit again (unless returning to the badlands), we’re definitely glad we stopped. Wall Drug is sort of a yester-year place; everything is old and unkept, but you can tell it was once a booming tourist site. We visited on a Saturday and there was a decent sized crowd, but not nearly as many as you’d expect. The food was mediocre and overpriced however the homemade donuts and homemade pie were amazing! There aren’t really any restaurants in wall, so Wall Drug is your best bet. It’s a great place to stay while visiting the badlands for sure. A 10-15min peaceful drive from any hotel in Wall to the Pinnacle entrance of the Badlands. We were able to wake up early and catch the sunrise, which was amazing. We were also able to watch the wildlife roaming at dawn. Incredible!

I was hesitant to stay in a non chain hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean place! Price was more reasonable than well known chains, but still outrageous.
This property was close in Wall,SD. We had an unexpected break down with our RV and needed a hotel right away. This had availability and good price
Location and quiet. Easy access to town, interstate, and park. Ate breakfast at cafe in Wall which part was paid for by the cabins.
It was close to Wall Drug Store and the Badlands National Park. The room was clean.
