    When i was at the property i was highly disappointed!

    When i was at the property i was highly disappointed! However the manager Ruth was excellent! The hotel is going through changes so after my previous review (not good) I will try them in the future to see all of the updates and previous issues resolved. RUTH YOU GET 5 STARS for your customer service THANKYOU

    The bed and pillow were so comfortable, they need to change...

    The bed and pillow were so comfortable, they need to change the curtains in room 203 on the ground floor you could not pull the drapes closed I had to use my hair clip to try to close them in the middle for some privacy. Being on the ground floor and the parking lot was right outside you can see in the room. Everything else about the room was nice.

    The staff was AMAZING!! Everyone greeted us with a smile. We had trouble getting in our room and got help for that quickly and received an additional key for any future trouble that we might have. The staff was 80% of your visit. Incredible!! Our breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious. The room was very clean and very comfortable. I will tell everyone I know about West Mifflin. I was happy and highly pressed.
