We had a great stay. The buses all seem to stop there which could be convenient. We also rented our bike from them. Would also like to mention Sauce Tacos and Wings it was the best restaurant in walking distance and one of our favourite no local meals in Vietnam.

Very spacious, new, comfortable and clean. The bed is very comfortable there’s everything you need even a working table in our double bed room. The staff are welcoming and helpful. We stayed one night before the loop and came back to stay another night after the loop. We rented motorbike from them with insurance. Our bike’s tire got flat on the first day and the back tire got broken on the way back to Ha Giang - the insurance covered everything. They’re very informative about where to stay and tip to go around. We kept all our big backpacks with them for free of charge. There is free breakfast and it is very nutritious. Highly recommend to stay here to rest before and after the loop.

The interior of the hotel was a beautiful modern building, all very new, nicely designed, and in perfect condition. I was sick so we wanted a warm and comfortable place to rest and recuperate and this was perfect. We had very attentive service and would definitely recommend staying here.

Warm welcome from Luna, the receptionist, when I arrived. She was very friendly and helpful (speaks English well). I stayed the night before their Ha Giang Loop bike tour. It is located very close to the bus station. The room was clean and cozy. The price was very reasonable. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Highly recommend it.

I am very impressed with the 3-days or 4 days Ha Giang loop tour booking service. The tour is of high quality, with a well-planned itinerary and stunning scenery. This is was one of the nicest hotel stays I remember. It was very quiet and very peaceful / relaxing with the light rain. The food in the restaurant was good and the staff was very polite and helpful. They have quite a few interesting things to check out around the dining area as well. It should be noted that restaurant dinner menu is mostly an Italian American style selection. Pizza, pasta, etc with some unusual, good twists, like corn on the pizza.

We absolutely loved the staff, the team was so friendly and helpful. Tûyet spoke great English and was very helpful in arranging transportation with us. we loved the pool as well and the food was really good. the place was clean as well. the staff works very hard to keep the property beautiful!!

    The bus trip from Hanoi is a bit of a challenge but once you get here, that seems irrelevant. A peaceful place provided you find suitable accommodation, preferably in a homestay away from the main part of town.

    Words cannot describe this amazing experience.

    Words cannot describe this amazing experience. The guide and drivers were beyond friendly and extremely considerate of their riders especially on the bumpy roads and the honestly in Dong Van was stunning. The views seen at every stop was beyond breathtaking and fun to be had at night with happy water and Kareoke. Was the absolute highlight of my time in Vietnam and I would fully encourage others to add it to their must do list.

    Ha Giang is quite simply beautiful outside of the city. The surrounding areas to the city are stunning and really worth any difficulty in getting there. The people are friendly and welcoming. Go if you can!

    This is my first time coming to Ha Giang, booking a cheap room with such quality. We traveled from Sapa to Ha Giang quite late but the host still helped us check in at 10pm. Room is clean and fully equipped.
