They were so helpful and friendly there and made you feel at home immediately .The location was beautiful with views over the fields. Our cabin was lovely and full of character with a big window overlooking the view and a really generous balcony. We were traveling independently and they were brilliant at continuing to communicate with us before our arrival to ensure we knew what bus we needed to be on and that we had someone from the lodge to pick us up.. Even when we left the driver who took us to the bus waited with us til it arrived to make sure we knew which one we needed to be on. While we were there we could book great treks with a guide through the lodge. The food was lovely and the room where you had it was really welcoming and had fireplaces for when it was a bit colder. I can't rate this place high enough. It has to be one of the best places we have ever visited.and I would love to go back.

We booked the property at the last minute after arriving to Mu Cang Chai during the rain after a long motorbike ride. They were happy to greet us and the family who runs the home stay was so cute and tried to be accommodating. Everything was clean.

We just spent five amazing days in a picture perfect setting. An unusual hotel in a postcard setting surrounded by Rice-fields, breathtaking views all around and smiling people. We were welcomed by warm and professional staff members always interested and out to give the best service. This new hotel is one of the most beautifully designed and special hotels we’ve stayed in. This one stands out for service, beauty, cleanliness, comfort, and an unusual setting. The food is served beautifully and very tasty , answering to the needs of western people and local flavors. We were fortunate enough to have been celebrating our 35th anniversary in this hotel and the staff went over and beyond by celebrating it with us in little gestures and much attention , and we cannot be thankful enough. We would personally like to thank all the staff members we encountered in our visit and I will mention just a few The food and beverage manager Phuong alongside the dining room staff , mentioning mentioned just a few (, but they were all wonderful )Tuan ,Minh, Thao, Chung were very serviceable, attentive and professional. Upon arrival, the reception team did everything to accommodate all our needs in smiles and professional manner. I would like to personally thank and mention Nhat and Trang . It is wonderful to see how this hotel integrates the local people in an international hotel, giving them the opportunity to upgrade their knowledge and lives. All this wonderfully led by Thinh Phan, G.M. as a conductor of a well tuned orchestra. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back.

Location is excellent as well as communication and hospitality of the owners Hot water shower is available. The owners helped me with transport set up and even waited with at the departure location. Very very kind and helpful

The whole stay was excellent, from personal service at check in, buggy to transport you around, the room was amazing. The hot springs were a bonus and the breakfast abd dinner excellent. The whole grounds are fabulous and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything.

We had an excellent stay. We were lucky enough to take part in rice planting and tofu making with the homestay family, and they provided a friendly and considerate guide who spoke English to take us trekking. The meals were out of this world, and we were so well looked after. We brought lots of luggage and the family helped us with taxis to transport it, and helped us arrange our bus home.

Very cute and typical property ! Bed is very confortable Hosts are really kind, helpful and joyful !!! (I hope one day I’ll make a trail with you 🙌) The whole journey hanging in the reefs by motorcycle with our guide was really great 👍🏼
