Highly recommend! Location is perfect, clean rooms, very comfortable, housekeeping every days, the staff friendly. We arrived at 4 am and they let us stay in “waiting room” that was, actually, a room with bed and shower, very nice to rest after a long journey to Nha Trang and wait to the check in !

Amazing place, couldn’t recommend more. Everything was brand new and the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. The location and pool were great as well. We would definitely rebook here if we come back to Nha Trang, this was our favorite hotel that we stayed at during our travels.

The front desk staff were very friendly and professional, providing my family with detailed guidance on the hotel's services and nearby activities. The breakfast was excellent, and the service staff there were very attentive. The front desk was excellent helped me book a bus and update my sim card. The pool, the steam room, and the sauna were spotlessly clean. It's the best pool I've swam in since being in Vietnam. The view from my hotel was spectacular. Close to a quiet part of the beach.

The best hotel in Nha Trang! We stayed here for 1.5 nights to experience a bit of the city after our stay at a resort ended, and couldn't have chosen a more perfect hotel for this. + New facilities: extremely clean and comfortable. I can't stress this enough, everything works perfectly and is shiny and new. (They even provided 2 different hardness level pillows for us to choose from - literally went above and beyond!) + Very friendly and professional staff + Perfect location: a minute from the beach and so many restaurants and convenience stores right next to the hotel. At the same time, it's a bit removed from the busier streets so it's never too noisy (even if it was, sound isolation is superb and we never noticed). + Amazing breakfast + Superb value for its price

This hotel is the best I have ever stayed. Where to start even. They have the cleanest swimming pool. Best breakfast options. A very good gym area. Very beautiful view with the infinity pool. The staff are just amazing with helping you out. Everything was so perfect and clean. New rooms. It felt super luxurious with marvelous views from the room. I hope I can come back just for this hotel. I hope you all the best Maris Hotel. Keep being same!!!

    Nha Trang is a lovely beach but can get extremely busy during peak times not only with people but with cars, motorbikes and noise. Crossing the road was like playing russian roulette a little worrying at first but somehow it all seems to work with the cars, people crossing and the motorbikes, so we did master it pretty quickly

    Very nice place.

    Very nice place. Recovering from the ravages of COVID - some places are still not open or redeveloping. With the invasion of Ukraine 🇺🇦 by Russia 🇷🇺 - as a Canadian, whose people and government support Ukraine - the largest population of Ukrainians outside Ukraine is Canada 🇨🇦 - I found it difficult to be around so many Russians who were on vacation and enjoying themselves in Nha Trang while their military and government was raining down bombs on the civilian population of Ukraine 🇺🇦. I wanted to speak with the Russian people I met to ask them to stop the madness of the war they started with Ukraine.

    Great place to visit, just the amount of plastic and...

    Great place to visit, just the amount of plastic and cigarette butts along the beaches! And the rudeness of the motorcycle riders riding the wrong way on the streets and footpaths. Pedestrian crossing are very dangerous! Maybe they should have more of a police patrolling the streets.

    Do not take a ride in the Rickshaw as they dont tell u the price then tried to charge us 500000VND for a 10 minute ride. Make sure you have cash is king as we had issues with Wise Cards at some Atms Use grab Taxis much cheaper than one off the street

    The city is vibrant, with great culture, people, sightseeing places, food, prices. Unfortunately, Nha Trang is packed with russians, they are rude, aggressive, scandalous. Locals might not know English at all but will know some words in russian instead, which is annoying. 90% of store sings are in russian as well, it felt like we are in a russian-occupied town.

    Small city, beautiful beach, Bus from airport to city is good. Road along the beach is well management. There are many public parks along the beach as well for people do exercise. I visited Museum of Oceanography and I like it.

The room is spacious with huge balcony and living room makes our stay for a family of three so comfortable. The hotel has two private beaches and onsen, beautiful pools and bicycles to use.     We stayed for two nights, me and my Vietnamese wife. We were greeted by a male and female receptionists. They spoke Vietnamese with my wife but respectfully spoke fluent English with me also which was a very nice gesture. They were very helpful and the hotel is very clean and modern. Would 100% recommend this hotel!
