The staff is very accommodating. Breakfast was different everyday. It’s close to the shopping areas so we would just leave the hotel and walk around the streets to shop. The bathrooms are very luxurious, nice water pressure and we never ran out of hot water.

The staff were amazing. We only stayed on night before flying home but the hospitality really made an impression. My Grab delivery wasn’t able to make it to our location due to the surrounding streets being blocked off for the night market, Cara, Jack and Jennie were able to speak to the grab driver and then took their own bike to go meet up just to get the food I had ordered. Above and beyond is an understatement. Wonderful customer service! Staff was all smiles anytime we walked by, really felt welcomed.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to everything I needed. I also appreciated the smooth check-in process and the overall peaceful atmosphere! Rooftop bar was a bonus plus you get discounts for drinks. Sunset from that bar was just phenomenal. Breakfast was 10/10. The hotel spa was a plus, got one of the best massages in a while. ATM, convenience store, coffee shops, restaurants to grab a quick bite everything was round the corner. Probably the best hotel in HANOI. Will definitely be visiting again!

Location in the old quarter is excellent. A few minutes walk takes you to the night markets. Lots to explore on doorstep. Laundry and mini mart are few doors down from hotel which makes it ideal for travelling with kids. Breakfast changes daily and was excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beds are super comfy!
