Cottages in Bonsall

Really well set out for our family dynamic. Plenty of space downstairs with the upstairs being like 2 separate appartments. Very well equipped and a lovely welcome pack with a few essentials (and wine!).

Wow, what a find! Heritage Swiss Cottage exceeded all our expectations. The cottage is idyllic, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. Inside, the home is bright, spacious, and genuinely feels like home, far away from home. The host thoughtfully provided everything we could possibly need, including treats and bowls for our four-legged family member! Location-wise, it is unbeatable—super convenient for local attractions, but tucked away in total peace and quiet. The host was wonderful and highly responsive. A true 5-star gem! 💎

Helen was super responsive and a great host. Hope Terrace was a short walk from the village (on a hill) with spectacular views). The cottage is very well appointed and she went the extra mile to ensure all our questions were answered and provided us some guiding tips on our trekking adventure.

Well equipped, cosy, great location, we loved it.

Perfect location to all the main attractions of Matlot. Couldn't have asked for more. The cottage was perfect for our family of 4. The host was very accommodating throughout with any questions I had during the stay. I would highly recommend it.

We were looking for a cottage with a fireplace/wood stove and bath located in a small village. We got exactly what we looked for plus we got incredible trails right outside our door! I went on a jog around the village and through the trails. This is how I learned about Jimmy's Café at the church every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Such a sweet tiny village and so close to everything in the Peak District!

Everything, the facilities were good and it was good having cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom. There were two pubs in the village, one cafe which was nice and also the church offered drinks and food. The local walks were lovely.

This property was absolutely stunning! So gorgeously decorated and curated. We loved the fireplaces and the large kitchen. Great parking for our two vehicles and a wonderful entryway to drop our stuff after exploring. Beds were very comfortable and there was lots of space for us to spread out comfortably. This is my favorite place I’ve ever booked.
