The owner is so hospitable and helpful. The views are just breathtaking. The sunrise is amazing with the sea view. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and more. It was very clean when we checked in. The pool is a few meters away with a view of the water and beach - it’s a stoney beach but softer sand can be found if you keep walking along the coast. Overall, a hidden gem in a beautiful small town.

Absolutely beautiful villa set in the hill overlooking Sifah. We felt like we were living in a real life movie for the weekend and had the most fantastic time. The four rooms are spacious and comfortable, the living area and kitchen are great and the pool is stunning. We can’t wait to come back!

What a Unique and beauitful stay in Lammah chalet. Not only the chalet was gorgeous, but the entire experience was both unexpected and phenomenal. What a beautiful relaxing experience. The chalet is beautifully fitted out and spotlessly clean. Lovely peaceful location, and amazing sunsets. The Village is 15 mins drive away from Sultan Qaboos University. We call it Home away from home, we Loved everything about our stay here. You really get your money's worth. The owner put loads of thought into every small thing to make it as pleasant as possible for the guests. We felt truly relaxed and disconnected from the world. We Will definitely come back. We highly recommend this Omani unique chalet.

The WiFi works badly, sometimes does not work at all. The closets were very dusty. No coffee machine. The villa is really big and if not for the above issues would have been comfortable.
