We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff are fantastic, so attentive and friendly. The breakfasts are amazing and I am sure the restaurant is in the evening, although we didn't have the chance to eat there. The pool and grounds are so well kept. There is a little bar next to the pool, and drinks and snacks are served all day. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely couple of days.

The property was perfect for our family of four. The beautiful sun-drenched garden, with BBQ, outdoor furniture and children’s play equipment, kept the children busy and happy. Julia, the host, is so nice and helpful. The property location was perfect for our sight-seeing needs: easy drive to Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra and to La Spezia for the train to Cinque Terra.

Conte Gherardo is a historic Tuscan country house, 1200 ft from the SS1 Aurelia highway, Donoratico exit. Parking is free and the beach of Marina di Castagneto Carducci is nearby.
