We were impressed by the hosts' kindness, the cleanliness, the wide selection of food, and the wonderful buffet, especially for breakfast and dinner. The spa was lovely, very clean, and diverse. We were particularly delighted by the complimentary shuttle bus service to and from the ski resort each day. We were amazed by the professionalism of all the staff and the overall service at the Hotel. Its proximity to the center and the ski resort (approximately 600-700 meters) was inconsequential due to the consistently punctual and efficient shuttle bus service, running from 8 am to 10:30 am. And we came back as well with shuttle bus. Driver was very kind. Stuff was helpful and efficient for my children and me. Everything is far walking distance from amazing clubs to restaurants. Stuff organized all our wishes immediately without delay. 🇦🇩 Andorra is like fairytale and people are angels and full of patience. For sure we will come again.

Lovely, comfortable apartment with a very well equipped kitchen and bathroom with a tub. Comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, Smart TV and fast WiFi. Parking included in the price and spacious. We were visiting in August, so it was a nice green mountain view through the window,but in Winter you can see ski slopes. Serene and lovely space, easy self-check-in and out. Windows equipped with external blinds and dark curtains through the whole apartment. Bus stop (if needed) you can reach just outside the building. For winter visitors there is also a fireplace in the living room.

Set 33 feet from the elevators of Grandvalira Ski Resort and 6890 feet above sea level, the luxury Grau Roig is ideally located for a range of mountain activities.

This breakfast was exceptional. The buffet was ample & an ala carte menu was also available. The service at breakfast was very friendly & any request satisfied in a timely manner.

This stylish mountain hotel enjoys beautiful views of the Canillo Valley and Roc del Quer. It offers spacious modern suites with free WiFi, a plasma TV and ski storage.

Really beautiful hotel and nice big room. Good value for money. Very good breakfast. The surroundings are impressive. Too bad we didn't have time to take advantage of the spa. Just perfect!

Amazing location, good Spa unlike other reviews, not too fancy but a Spa nonetheless. Great breakfasts, again, not too much choices but exactly what you need in a ski vacation. The staff was incredible, and we enjoyed the hotel very much.

Great location to explore the town on foot. Rooms are spacious and beds comfy. Rooms very clean. The onsite bar is great to relax and the drinks are well priced. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
