Very welcoming and accommodating staff, spacious rooms, good location near the Dubai World Trade Center and Downtown Dubai (Dubai Mall etc.). Special thank you to Mansi, Ahmed, Ayman, Maysaa on Reception, as well as Imtaz and Jamie. Stayed at the hotel a few times, once with a group requiring 5 rooms arriving early, then by myself also with an early arrival, and the ladies and gentlemen on reception made sure we got the required rooms or better, as quickly as possible. Breakfast was also enjoyable. Looking forward to my next stay!
