The hotel and services are very very good, every time smiling and polite, the food is fantastic and we had also breakfast and dinner where ypu can choose from more restaurants. Also to be included entrance to the aquarium and aquapark is very good and we went more times. It is a true 5 star hotel even more from our side. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the Rose Rayhaan in 2019 and decided to stay there again in 2025. The standards were as excellent as the first time and I'm very glad they have managed to maintain the hotels reputation as one of the cleanest, friendliest places I have stayed in. The staff were always extremely helpful, the gym and pool were superb and the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were a real bonus.

Everything about the hotel, Ramadan has been a wonderful host and the staff Madarah, Faisal, Foday, Ibrahim and Jagarath have been very kind and helpful, making my visit really comfortable. Will be back again for sure!

Clean basic and safe for single female, with good parking

(Room 1004) The room has nice views from the balcony; however, I was told the balcony door remains locked for safety reasons. The room feels more than spacious for a single traveler, and the bed is huge and comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious and well-cleaned. I kept the AC turned off most of the time, and the room didn’t feel hot, which is a plus. The housekeeping staff was always present on the floor, asking if I needed any amenities or cleaning, which was nice. Overall, I'm very happy with my stay at this hotel. The location is amazing if you want to explore downtown Dubai, and the Financial Centre Metro station is very close. Also the hotel rooftop bar Level 43 is worth visiting!

From the moment I checked in, the whole atmosphere was relaxed, helpful and welcoming. The room was spotless and well kitted out. The view was spectacular and block blinds were excellent for night time. Bed was extremely comfortable and bed linen had a soft silky feel. Loved the bathroom, spacious, bright, clean and the toiletries provided were top quality. Breakfast choice was plentiful and service was with a smile. Perfect location and 0verall, it was a wonderful experience. I was just sorry I had to leave after one night. Definitely will recommend this hotel and certainly on my list for a return visit!

I am truly delighted with the care and friendliness of the staff at this hotel! This time I received an additional service in the form of early check-in, as I had asked for it in advance - it really helped me out on my trip. I am also very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and premises. Awesome place! The hotel feels like new, super stylish, and the rooms are really comfortable! They have a service room (food) and a nice pool. Also, if you're traveling with a baby, this place can accommodate really well! They have a cot and a high-chair. Recommended!

The stuff was excellent. Highly responsive and polite. The food was versatile and good. The public space architecture is modern and nice. .

The service, location, and food were delicious! We had a gorgeous suite room overlooking the fountains and Baji Khalifa. What a view! We had a wonderful check-in associate, Sonia - she was excellent, she even took care of our car service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We would definitely go back!!
