The breakfast was great needed more meet options for non-pork eaters but overall it was really nice. The staff was exceptional, nice and friendly and went all out to help us with everything we needed even cutting out boring ticket. Though my flip-flops were stolen from the pool area but the staff tried to help by offering the room slippers. Everything was just great I would come again!!! thank you so much

I recently stayed at Ama in Ibiza and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, during my visit, I encountered a distressing incident at a nearby restaurant that resulted in a visit to the hospital. When I informed the hotel staff about what had happened, they were incredibly sympathetic and supportive. The manager and the entire team, including receptionists, bartenders, and cleaners, treated me with such kindness and care that I felt like I was among family, not just hotel staff. They offered me a late check-out at no extra charge and consistently checked in on my well-being, which I deeply appreciated. Beyond the exceptional service, I was impressed by the hotel’s central and safe location, its fantastic facilities, and the easy access to the beach. The bar’s vibrant atmosphere, music, and food added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a memorable stay in Ibiza

Great location in Ibiza, it’s near Hi Ibiza club 7 min walk. And near the beach. They offer you a towel for the beach as well. The place is clear and neat. The staff are really amazing, they offer their help at any time of need. The food is great at the restaurant. Everything was really great! We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was very clean, nicely decorated, with just about everything we needed. We stayed in a small room without balcony but was ok. The staff were so nice, we felt like in a family owned hotel. The location was great, just 3 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. There is a paid parking available near the hotel and you can find free spots on the streets, depending on the hour. Our flight was late in the evening and they offered us a shower before heading to the airport.
