I don't know how many stars does this place have, but I give it 5 stars! 5 stars service and staff for sure! We stayed for a week and they treated us like family, not just guests. We got to know the managers and learned so much about the island and the culture. They arranged for an incredible snorkeling trip where we saw manta rays and turtles. The internet on both islands is very hit and miss but the hotel had Starlink which worked flawlessly, specially in the lobby/restaurant. So perfect for those looking to enjoy the true island life but still need to work remotely. The included breakfast had a few options and we loved it! They were super accommodating for changes to the plates (some are not vegetarian but they will make it so if you ask). The rooms aren't super big but have everything you need and a super comfy bed and pillows. The bathroom outside is also super nice and very clean. You also get your own hammock outside or room (very nice to fall asleep with the gentle sound of the waves).

Astonishing views, great relaxing and very silent place, not crowded (except for the restaurant during lunch and dinner on weekends which is open for public, but you can always order food in the silence of your room, so that’s not a problem..). So in general a very quiet and romantic place for experiencing silence and peace.

I loved the feeling of being 'somewhere', not just in any hotel. Staying at Klumpu felt likea taste of Bali and what Bali has to offer. What a gem. I am so glad we found it. The serene grounds are beautifully landscaped with winding paths amidst typical Balinese statues and frangipani trees. Each villa is exquitely appointed, clean and the beds exceptionally comfortable. The free Breakfast was as visually stunning as everything else around. Staff are friendly, prompt and very helpful. I loved the free use of the bicycles. The massage was a wonderful touch.

The luxurious and spacious Nike Villas feature a shared outdoor pool, separate bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

We liked everything here. We originally booked only 1 night (a 2 bedroom villa with private pool) but decided to came back to stay here again the day before we left Bali. Staff were very attentive and service were excellent. Great location with restaurants and shops nearby but still felt private and peaceful. Free bicycles rental, free shuttle and free floating stuffs for the pool that you can borrow. Besides breakfasts, they also served welcome drink, afternoon tea with pancakes/crapes and goodnight tea with cookies, all included in your room rate!! Very reasonable price of food if you want to order other foods from their menu. The Japanese owner was very nice and kind. This place is absolutely worth your money. Highly recommend!

Very private accommodations. We thoroughly enjoyed our private pool after days in Bali's heat & humidity then into our comfortable air conditioned bedroom complete with insect repellent! Our villa was exactly as pictured in the promotional material. Included breakfast in the on-site restaurant each morning was a great way to discover Balinese foods with an extensive menu. We enjoyed 2 dinners there as well instead of going off site. I had a really wonderful massage with Devie and Jay enjoyed his pedicure. Transportation provided (when stay is 3+ days) from the cruise port to the Villas on our arrival and to the airport at our departure. We opted to extend our last day and check out at 6 p.m. instead of noon as our flight was not until 9:30 that evening for a reasonable half the room rate! A great value for the privacy & foods offered! HIGHLY recommend!
