It was clean and quiet. Hot water and electricity was available without interruptions. Well, only a small interruption to switch to the generator, I guess. Staff is very friendly and helpful ❤️

The food at the restaurant is impeccable. The cigar lounge in the lobby has perfect airflow and is one of the best places in Kyiv to enjoy a fine cigar along with a great whiskey selection. The wine list by the glass is impressive with many international options.

The breakfast was excellent. There were several choices to appeal to different tastes. We very much enjoyed all of the staff. They were extremely helpful. We want to thank the administration, reception, spa staff, and restaurant workers. We cannot remember all of the names, but exceptional service was provided by Tetyana (reception), Katerina (reception), Olessya (Spa), Oksana (there were two Oksanas in the restaurant--both were excellent), Kolya (Restaurant), Sergii (Restaurant), Daria (Restaurant), and another whose name I cannot recall. The rooms were large and very nice. The air conditioner worked very well. The linens were clean and the room was generally very clean. We experienced two air raids (missile attacks) while we were there. The bomb shelter in the spa area in the basement felt safe.

Breakfast great, location was great, very nice they spoke english as I cannot speak ukrainian!

we stayed at the apartment on Lesi Ukrainki boulevard (they have several apartments to choose from), it was quiet, beautiful, had a balcony and a great bed!

Very good shelter - photo attached. Has tea, blankets and comfy chairs, wifi. We had timely alarms, nonstop electricity, wifi. Good breakfast. Amazing location.

Additionally, the affordable price makes this hostel an attractive option for travelers. Although lockers are subject to an extra charge, their usefulness justifies the cost. In summary, I highly recommend this hostel and plan to stay here again. For those seeking a convenient location, friendly staff, and affordable prices, it's an ideal choice.
