The staff was very friendly and helpful. We was allowed to check in before check in time. The lobby was very clean and decorated beautifully. Our room didn't have what is shown on the website (Love seat instead of a sectional) but the suite was very nice. The bed... oh my goodness... too comfortable. I was able to sleep like I was at home. The TV should be a little bigger since the sit so far from the bed and sofa. Overall my stay was great. The location was awesome.

I was surprised at how clean it was. I’m not from Dallas, so I’m afraid of booking dirty hotels. It was confusing getting to my room due to the layout of the hotel but other than that, it was super nice and cheap. The staff was super friendly and check in quick and easy. I will definitely book there again!

Certainly not much room for more than a small bag but it provided everything we wanted. Arrival cocktail was great too. In a nice area to walk to deep ellum. Dallas was flooded when we stayed so we didnt venture any further. Receptionist at check in was very helpful, parking was easy.
