Such a cosy new hotel! We were a bit afraid that it would be noisy because of its location, but we were surprised how quiet the room was. The room looks just like in the pictures, the bed is very comfortable and the breakfast was yummy! The staff was extremely friendly! Also a big plus that it has a lot of parking places.

We were pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the beds, great parking (near Vienna!!!), the newness of everything, and the very fresh rolls at breakfast! We were just passing through and really needed a good night's sleep. We got one!

Very good place for night when you drive across the Europe. Clean rooms, nice breakfast, free parking, not very far from highway. What is more, the city of Wiener Neustadt is also worth to see. I recommend going for a while to city center to see the market Square

We were actually upgraded to a bigger apartment due to a double booking, so we had a large 2 bedroom place which was newly upgraded, warm, lovely, and had super comfortable beds and bedding. Honestly hated to leave that bed! The down pillows were ginormous! Gorgeous light upstairs from attic windows. The toilet was a separate room from the shower room, which was sunny, well heated, and felt like a luxury spa! Kitchen was well equipped, and fridge large, freezer large by EU standards. . Lots of street parking in Dom Platz nearby, and shops /restaurants close. There was an elevator as well, another plus. It was a 10+ /10

    Dead city feeling with odd people and unfriendly personnel at Spar express and Billa and gas stations that no one speaks other than German. If it wasn't for business I would not have ever travelled there. Even at the main train station when you buy coffee people are oddly unfriendly and getting 50c change for the bathroom is a chore both in language and culture aspects. Definitely not Vienna!!

    My air conditioner did not work, had the technician come to the room and check, he said just open the window, which is appaulingfor a 4 star hotel. That person should seek another line of work, the reception staff were very good. House keeping was average

    The good...Efficient check-in lady. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Good location, just outside the city walls of Wiener Neustadt and 15 minutes walk from the railway station. The shower could be used as a massage shower. There was a communal kitchen, which I did not use. NB There are no airs and graces, but plenty of good food at the Turkish-run Pizzeria Bella Italia a couple of blocks to the East.

    It has a great location, you can park in front of the hotel until 8 o clock in the morning. There s a very safe garage parking, 500 m away, with parking spots reserved for the hotel guests. Very nice staff. A lot ofvrestaurants and shops around.
