Terrific location and bungalows with exceptional food (probably the best we had in a month in India). Vinod is a terrific host arranging and delivering us to Ayurvedic Dr and massage one day and taking us to ashram cave meditation, 2 temple poojas and a Theyyam the next. Shanmu is an excellent cook and backwater canoe pilot. River view on one side, ponds in the middle and 3 min walk to gorgeous deserted beach for 29’ water swims and beautiful sunsets. Wild foxes and peacocks added to the natural surroundings.

Beautiful property and amazing hospitality. Serene peaceful and a quiet break away from city life. Loved the concept of no TVs in the room and eco friendly everything- from water to shampoos -loved it. Food and drinks were awesome. Staff is just amazing. Loved the ayurvedic consultation and the recommended massage was brilliant. Can go sit by the beach. This is a public beach though so not maintained and during monsoon not safe for play or swimming. Can watch the beach from most of the cottages in the property. The cottages are amazing with the open to sky bathrooms. Complimentary yoga every morning is a bonus. Would go again. Infinity pool is lovely too.

Beachside location. Greenery and cottage style accommodation. Great food at the restaurant. Excellent front desk service by the manager Sailesh and his staff. He booked our taxi for further travel and followed up to ensure everything was ok. Restaurant at our request packed lunch for us for our road trip so we do not have to eat outside food. Small pool good for families with kids and beach volleyball. Staff made us feel at home. Could see that the resort promotes a natural lifestyle and cares for the environment. Great place to get away from the crowds and the busy city life.

Such a Great Hotel at very Low Price It is a three star ⭐ Hotel which came at very low Price through Booking.com . I am very Happy to have booked and stayed at this property. A Restaurant named Paradise is near by to get any Food. Property is like 14km from Bekal fort and Triambekaswer Temple which were main attractions of Kasargod. People who had own vehicle will not face much problem coz of that. Overall great experience.It will be a great stay for every one who wants to spend time in KASARGOD.

I just stayed at Hotel Classico International in Kanhangad and couldn't have been happier with the experience. The personnel behaved admirably from the moment we arrived. They went above and above to make us feel at home, providing a level of service that significantly improved our stay. Our room's decor was both comfy and modern, with a layout that reminded us of our bedroom at home. The attention to detail in the room's decor and facilities was outstanding, resulting in a pleasant and comfortable environment that we much valued. Overall, I would strongly suggest Hotel Classico International to anyone searching for a welcoming and comfortable location to stay in Kanhangad.

    Small township with a few things to do - houseboat on the Villayaparamba backwater, Bekal Fort, sample local food - we enjoyed - Parupuvada and Indian restaurants. Orix (out of town - Kahangad South) was recommended. Local buses (next to Parupuvada) gets you everywhere. For stay - highly recommend Grand View Residency. Ten minutes from bus stand and twenty minutes from train station.

    The best thing was the beach right across......private and...

    The best thing was the beach right across......private and clean. The fact that there are only 4 rooms and we were the only guests made it feel exclusive and private without the buzz of a hotel. The amenities are all very good and the whole area is spotless with wooden decor. yoga and traditional massages are available on demand. Transport to nearby places was arranged as requested. Though the breakfast menu is limited, Very good restaurants are available nearby if one chooses to dine out. Fresh sea food one gets to savour. Jitesh the Managing partner ensured that our stay was very comfortable and went the extra mile!

    Great seaside destination but the service maintenance and food can definitely improve at the resort we stayed in Bekal Fort, Veliyapramaba and Kavvayi islands are great visits. Manjeshwar Ananthapadmanabhaswamy temple is a must visit as the place is very peaceful and not crowded Plenty of highway eateries for both vegetarians and non vegetarians and it is very easy getting around town in Nileshwar Avoid the afternoon sun as it can get very hot ( this is only February and I can imagine what it can be post April till August)

    Clean pool, small, remote, and feels like a tropical paradise. We'll placed. Cheap restaurant food. Not included in the price but affordable compare to the 2 neighbouring hotels nileshwar hermitage and malabar, of which malabar has outdated facilities and a mucky pool and sub par service and food. Kanan had great food I was never left hungry and it didn't break the bank.

    Kanan Beach Resort was a great surprise. We discovered a very beautiful and quiet paradise. The place was very well thought. The beach in Nileshwar is incredibly beautiful. The team of Kanan Beach was very professional. We were welcomed by the French owners of the hotel who were very friendly. The restaurant is also excellent. Maybe my favorite hotel in India so far.
