Impeccable quality of service. The staff went to a great extent to make sure our stay was most comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone who attended us at the reception and particularly Sreelal at Royal Club was very helpful.
The staff tending at Royal Club for happy hours and afternoon tea were very pleasing and made sure we had a great time.
Room size is exceptional and amenities were very good.

The room is silent and cozy plus the room have the most comfortable bed’s I’ve ever slept on. Ac is quiet and cold. I would definitely book again in the near future.

This hotel is truly breathtaking! From arrival to checkout, everyone was amazing. The lady who checked me in was incredibly polite and professional, and Mr. Collins was so helpful with my luggage, displaying a welcoming attitude. The entire management team makes you feel at home. Everything about this hotel was fantastic. When I inquired about tours, I was introduced to Mr Harsh and he was on site. He provided me with the best deals and recommended other free locations, a really nice and professional gentleman. The hotel is crystal clean, from the lobby to the entrance to my room. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The restaurant's food was outstanding, with delicious options. I'll definitely be returning. Loved everything about the hotel and I'm happy I chose Grand Mercure Dubai City.

Visited the hotel on my birthday. The workers congratulated, brought a cake with candles in the roim. In the evening we had dinner with friends and family at Makan restaurant. Thanks for the warm welcome and care.

The hotel was excellent and there was nothing else to wish for.
The bed was comfy, the room was quiet and very clean, as a bonus – it was bigger than a standard hotel room. There was an aircon in the room, additionally it was possible to open windows if you wanted a fresh air. This is so rare for modern hotels which often have closed aircon cycling through the whole building.
The buffet breakfast was good and exceed our expectation.
