The location was amazing. Apartment was very modern, large and clean with everything you would need. The office was on the first floor and we were able to leave our luggage for a few hours in the morning. The only reason I am not giving a 10 is because there was no AC and it was very hot 36-37C in Vienna.

The staff at the reception were very welcoming and kind, which made check-in a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is also great — only about 15 minutes from the city center and well connected to many good spots in the city.
