The hotel is simply fantastic. Clean, spacious, cozy rooms with AC and comfy beds. Staff at reception were kind and helpful at all time. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, ,but it's right next to Vienna's main train and bus station, plus there are several tram stops nearby, and it's surroundings are marked by modern buildings, restaurants, supermarkets and clean, ample safe streets. One last detail I really liked about this hotel is that they provide free coffee at reception. I know it may sound unimportant, but I thought it was a nice touch. I would definitely return to ibis Hauptbanof on my next trip to Vienna.

Location is good with metro station nearby. Around flat there are many markets where you can buy groceries and there are fast food restaurants. Apartment is spacious with a big balcony. It's good if you are using it mostly to stay overnight. Big refrigerator. Wi fi is ok.
